Update: My lawyer has finished the letter to RUclips. We expect RUclips to respond within the next 1-3 days and hopefully remove all strikes so that I can publish videos again and restore the deleted videos.
Hey guys, IT HAPPEND AGAIN. A video which was checked manual for monetisation and was published 4 days ago GOT STRIKED. You may know that it’s the 2nd strike right now because the first one was „only“ a warning. So if another video gets striked right now, my channel will be deleted AGAIN (for those of you who don’t know: the time before the Mouthsounds flooding my channel got deleted WITHOUT strikes)
I now have to contact the lawyer which got my channel back last time. And I can’t post anything FOR TWO WEEKS (even no community posts which is why I have to comment under my vids).
Maybe the lawyer is faster, because I had a call last week about the 2nd strike and I was told that all of the actions on the part of RUclips are not justified and the case would be easily fixed.
But if my channel gets deleted, the only way to hear from me/find me is my social media bit.ly/ricardaSocials (X, Instagram, WhatsApp Group …)

Usually slow??? others always tell me that my „normal“ Mouthsounds are too fast, that’s why I made some extra slow ones … now you’re telling me the opposite 😭😂 I already got 1 aggressive/extra fast version, you can check it out in my Playlist, but I guess I can never satisfy everybody 🥹

Kleine Anmerkung zur Werbung.. Vielleicht wäre es Klüger, etwas kürzere Videos mit Werbung zu Anfang und zu Ende zu machen, aber nicht zwischendurch. Wenn man sich das zum schlafen anmacht und mittendrin kommt Werbung auf 800 Dezibel, kann einen das echt kaputt machen. 😅

Hi, ich schalte keine Werbung mitten im Video, wenn du random was bekommst, dann liegt das leider an YT. Ich hab in den ersten 3min Werbung platziert und da besteht nur eine CHANCE, dass jemand 1-2 ads bekommt und das werde ich auch nicht ändern 💗

@@ricardarico Oh, okay. Das kenne ich bisher so nicht, dass das tatsächlich jemand so handhabt. Aber die meisten ASMRtists die ich sehe machen auch kürzere Videos, haben dann Werbung an Anfang und Ende und somit ohnehin mehr Werbung auf die Stunde als du. Wenn du diese zusätzliche Werbung willst, wäre die doch aber gegen Ende, wo sowieso die meisten schlafen, tendenziell besser, oder? Ich meine man bekommt sowieso nur trash als Werbung.. Drauf klicken wird da ohnehin nicht passieren seit RUclips nur noch aus fake mobile ads besteht.
